    Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT staffing industry, with a focus on bench sales and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates on the bench (those between projects) and placing them in suitable positions with our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and build relationships with IT consultants who are on the bench and actively looking for new opportunities.
    2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    3. Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.
    4. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and actively market them to clients to secure project placements.
    5. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
    6. Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with both candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    7. Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams to facilitate the placement process and ensure client satisfaction.
    8. Provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of their submissions and interviews.
    9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
    10. Track and report on key performance metrics, including candidate submissions, placements, and revenue generation

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a bench sales recruiter or IT staffing recruiter, with a track record of success in placing candidates.
    3. Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and market trends within the staffing industry.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
    5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    6. Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
    7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
    8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
    10. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and development.
