    Job Title: US IT Sales Recruiter/Sales Recruiter

    Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

    Work mode: On-site

    Role: Full time

    5 days working in a week (Mon - Fri)

    Timings 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

    Job Description:

    The US IT sales Recruiter/Sales Recruiter plays a crucial role in our business, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for our clients' job requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of tax terms, US states and cities, time zones, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Working with prime vendors and Tier 1 vendors on a daily basis to submit consultant profiles.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of tax terms such as C2C, C2H, W2, and 1099, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with consultants to assess their IT skillset, experience, and match them with job requirements.
    • Having hands on experience on MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook proficiently for documentation, tracking, and communication purposes.
    • Negotiate rates with recruiters and vendors to ensure competitive pricing as per management guidelines.
    • Cultivate relationships with Tier1 Vendors and establish partnerships with new vendors to expand the company's network.
    • Proactively source requirements from various channels including job portals like (Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other networking sites.)
    • Maintain accurate records of rate confirmations and follow up on submissions to ensure timely and successful placements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
    • Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or Sales Recruiter in the IT consulting industry.
    • Strong knowledge of US tax terms, states, cities, and time zones.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and vendors.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
