    Description

    Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Smart Automation projects, ensuring success.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalable, maintainable, and robust automation solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts and workflows with high quality and efficiency.
  • Enforce quality assurance processes for automation solutions.
  • Supervise code reviews and unit testing to meet design requirements.
  • Lead integration of automation solutions with complex systems.
  • Execute comprehensive testing plans for reliable automation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Continuously optimize automated processes for performance and reliability.
  • Lead project planning, estimation, and execution.
  • Define critical project milestones for design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and address potential risks in automation projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams for seamless project implementation.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and serve as a thought leader in Smart Automation.
  • Contribute to technology and tool selection decisions.
  • Propose innovative automation solutions and technologies.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on development experience of at least 4 years in Smart Automation tools & technologies.
  • Total experience of more than 5 years.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in Smart Automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Smart Automation tools & technologies including RPA, AI/ML, NLP, OCR.
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Technical expertise in infrastructure, data management, databases, and DevOps is beneficial.
