    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site IT Sales Executive role located in Egmore. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for selling technology products and services to customers, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining business relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.

    Job Summary:

    The IT Sales Representative (Overseas) is responsible for market research, lead generation, client engagement, product knowledge, sales presentations, negotiation, contract management, meeting sales targets, collaboration, and reporting. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, strong IT knowledge, international sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. They are vital in expanding the company's global presence and revenue by connecting with international clients and providing tailored IT solutions. This role demands technical expertise, sales skills, and cultural awareness.

    • Stay updated on the latest IT products, effectively communicating their benefits and competitive advantages.


    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to highlight the value of the company's IT solutions.


    • Customize quotes and proposals to align with client requirements, pricing, and terms.


    • Work with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, for a smooth transition from sale to implementation.


    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to sales management.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in the IT industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to identify and nurture sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
    • Experience in selling software products, digital marketing, and IT services
    • Experience in providing technical demonstrations to clients and presenting proposals
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to travel for business purposes
