    Content is crucial in a BB Marketing plan. We need an experienced Content pro to join us. Your job will involve crafting, enhancing, and managing content to reach our objectives. Our ideal candidate is a skilled writer with a creative touch. As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you should thrive under deadlines and pay attention to details. Being skilled in content optimization and maintaining brand coherence is a big plus. Your role is to lead all content initiatives, ensuring customer engagement, brand alignment, and a great customer journey.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a content strategy in line with short and long-term marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and create site content, style, and layout.
    • Work with sales, growth marketing, and product marketing to enable and produce engaging content such as Website Content, Blogs, Case-studies, E-Books, Podcast and Video Scripts, Sales & Marketing materials, Emails, Product Content, etc.
    • Review, edit, and enhance writers' content.
    • Optimize content for SEO and align it with the organization's branding strategy.
    • Initiate and handle customer testimonials and references.
    • Manage content distribution across online and social channels to boost web traffic.
    • Create an editorial calendar and ensure alignment within the marketing and global teams.
    • Ensure adherence to legal requirements (copyright, data protection, etc.).
    • Stay updated on trends, providing fresh ideas to engage the audience.

    Qualifications:

    • Years of hands-on experience as a Content specialist.
    • Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite.
    • Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing.
    • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic analysis.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms.
    • Strong English writing skills.
    • Keen eye for detail.
    • Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Basic grasp of Performance Marketing.

    Preferred:

    • Prior involvement in the Tech/Telecom sector.
    • Experience with SaaS products.
    • Degree/PG in Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
