    Description

    SystemsPlus is hiring for Marketing Analytics Lead

    Exp : 8yr +

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Analyze market data using tools such as Nielsen, Mintel, and Euromonitor to provide insights on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Expert on A/B testing & hypothesis testing.

    Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities.
    • Conduct competitive analysis using tools such as SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and SpyFu to benchmark performance and inform strategic decision-making.
    • Develop competitive profiles and SWOT analyses to support product positioning and differentiation strategies.

    Customer Insights:

    • Utilize customer segmentation techniques and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to analyze customer behavior and preferences.
    • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather qualitative insights into customer needs, satisfaction levels, and brand perception.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product offerings based on customer insights.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine strategic plans and objectives based on market insights and analysis.
    • Provide recommendations for product development, pricing strategies, and market positioning to drive business growth.
    • Develop forecasts, models, and KPI dashboards to track performance and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of market analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
    • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the market analysis team.
