    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role in Ghaziabad for a Warehouse and logistics manager in our e-commerce-D2C kitchenware division. The Warehouse and logistics manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to warehouse management, operations management, inventory management, customer service, and supply chain management.

    Qualifications

    • Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
    • Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment.
    • To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within the specified timeline
    • Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operation
    • Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times
    • Conduct quality checks and ensure all items meet the quality criteria
    • Achieve operational efficiency by proper resource allocation and maintenance and up-gradation of resources from time to time
    • Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy working environment in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
    • Build processes to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order deliverables, and staff management.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in the e-commerce kitchenware industry is a plus
