    Description
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Collaboratewith hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needsand develop sourcing strategies to attract qualifiedcandidates.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcingtechniques including online sourcing networking social mediareferrals and other creative methods to identify and engagepotential candidates.
    • Conduct initial screeningassessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualificationsskills and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintaintalent pipelines for current and future hiring needs ensuring aconsistent flow of qualifiedcandidates.
    • Utilize the applicant trackingsystem (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidateinformation track sourcing activities and report on keymetrics.
    • Provide regular updates and feedbackto hiring managers on sourcing progress candidate pipeline statusand market insights.
    • Stay informed aboutindustry trends best practices and emerging technologies in talentacquisition and sourcing.
    • Represent the companyat industry events job fairs and networking functions to promoteour employer brand and attract toptalent.
    Qualifications:
    • Abachelors degree in human resources business administration or arelated field is preferred.
    • 36 years ofexperience in talent acquisition recruiting or sourcingroles.
    • a proven track record of success insourcing and attracting candidates across various industries andjob functions.
    • Strong understanding of sourcingtechniques including Boolean search social media sourcing andcandidate outreach methods.
    • Should haveexperience with nonIT Recruitment (Healthcare pharmacy FMCG is aplus)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to effectively engage and buildrelationships with candidates andstakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a proactive andresultsdriven approach.
    • Experience withapplicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools ispreferred.
    • Certification in sourcing orrecruitment (e.g. AIRS LinkedIn Recruiter) is aplus.
