    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Strategic Sourcing Engineering & Vendor Development - Electrical and Electronics

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    We are looking for a highly proactive and efficient sourcing engineer who brings effective and more efficient sourcing processes and procurement processes to save costs and maximize profitability. They negotiate with suppliers to obtain goods, materials, and services at the best prices using strategic sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge of their commodity industry.

    QUALIFICATION


    • Minimum qualification: Should be a graduate with a minimum 4 years of experience as

    Sourcing/procurement engg


    • Technical capabilities (must have): Advanced Excel


    • ERP knowledge for Purchase Operation activities for PR/PO creation and Inventory

    ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

    1) Responsible for monitoring ordering processes whether placed through e -Requisition or ERP products/services availability, quantities, quality, and delivery terms

    2) Identify new vendors and Part Development for electrical and Electronic parts

    3) Capable of understanding the technical requirements of internal stakeholders and communicating to vendors for RFQ and finalization of commercial documents

    4) Knowledge of Statutory requirements such as HSN code, Tax structure of part purchase, and INCOTERMS for imported parts

    5) Knowledge of costing of products such as Cable Harness, Embedded board(PCBA)/ Electrical panel

    6) Fast learner and adaptable to different site conditions

    7) Good analytical skills, problem-solving, communication skills, and Proactive attitude to solving problems, and good team spirit are required.
