- Program Development and Implementation:
- Support the development of new programs and the implementation and evaluation of assigned programs.
- Monitor and analyze program development and implementation processes.
- Identify problems and issues to be addressed and initiate corrective actions.
- Liaise with relevant parties and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in planning, budgeting, and reviewing schedule timelines.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for issue management.
- Coordinate onsite-offsite activities and ensure effective communication of innovative ideas and changes for program management and development activities.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on programs, ensuring compliance with funder and partner requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Written Outputs and Documentation:
- Organize and prepare written outputs such as draft background papers, analysis, sections of reports, studies, and inputs to publications.
- Support in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for high-level meetings and events.
- Outreach and Communication:
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team to raise awareness and widely disseminate outputs and findings from assigned programs.
- Assist in developing communication strategies and materials to support program outreach efforts.
- Event Organization:
- Organize and manage seminars, roundtables, and workshops for national experts on sustainable development and other relevant issues.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Program Head or Senior Manager.
- Bachelors degree in related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Health role qualification - MSW with a specialisation in Health
- Waste Management qualification - related degree or general MSW but relevant work experience in CSR programs of waste management
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in program support, development, and implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
