    Selected individual's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Handling customer queries & concerns over chat, email & phone with confidence.
    • Working closely with operations team & social media team to solve customer queries & concerns.
    • Assist customers with order placement, exchanges or refunds.
    • Reaching out to customers for their order confirmation.
    • Maintain relevant reports across refunds, disputes and other aspects of customer success.

    Who can apply:

    Highly motivated individual willing to work in a challenging early-age startup & is willing to wear multiple hats. The individual needs to have:

    • Good understanding of excel/google spreadsheets (basic functionalities such as V-Look Up is a must).
    • Good command of the English language.
    • Work experience: 0-2 years.
    • Strong ability to multitask

    CTC: Rs. 4,20,000 - 4,63,200 per annum
