- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with at least 45 years of experience, preferably in the BFS & Fintech sector, selling Enterprise software with exposure to the Indian and Middle Eastern markets.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs in both India and the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
