    Work SummaryThis is a fulltime onsite role for aSales Manager for (FMCG Namkeen & Snacks and Healthy Snacksmanufacturing org. ) located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager willoversee the sales team develop sales strategies and meet salestargets. The Sales Coordination Manager will also be responsiblefor building client relationships developing new businessopportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Otherresponsibilities include managing budgets tracking salesperformance and collaborating with other teams within thecompany.


    KeyResponsibilities:


    Sales teamManagement: Trackingperformance and sales targets of all field sales staff including SOASM and RSM through Bizom and calls todistributors. Leadmentor and motivate the backend salesteam. Establish keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams andregularly monitor and report on theirperformance.
    Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met orexceeded.

    SalesMIS: Making MIS inExcel and coordinating between sales staff for secondary sales dataand Sales Targets everymonth Generateddifferent types of MIS such as Target v/s Achievement (ProductState Sales Supervisor wise Area Sales Manager Wise Head QuarterWise State Wiseetc. VarianceAnalysis such as Comparison Sales Plan/ Budget with Actual Sales(Month/Quarter).Making sales reports of SalesForecasting.

    BDM: Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base andincrease revenue.


    Create leads funnel through marketing good client servicingreferrals showcasing in exhibitions callingetc Making suremarketing material is ready and is used in converting clients tohelp them better understand the company products &services
    Customer Servicing &CRM: Handlingdistributor s claims and checking Tour plans &Travelexpenses of field force and submitting to accounts for makingpayments.

    HandlingSales & Stock report for report generation &Independentcorrespondence.

    Coordination & followup for movement of stocks anddispatches to stockiest &DistributorCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existingdistributors and customers by active listening andoverdelivering.


    Qualificationsand Skills:

    Proven track record of successful sales leadership experienceof
    8yrs. Strongunderstanding of the Snacks and Namkeen market anddynamics. Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills fluent inEnglish and Hindi.
    Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implementinnovative salesstrategies.
    Resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
    Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead ahighperforming salesteam.
