Description

As a Social Media Manager team lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee a team of social media executives and ensure the successful delivery of social media projects for various clients. Your job description may include the following key responsibilities and qualifications:

Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of social media managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback. This involves assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the team's productivity and cohesion.

Social Media Strategy: You will collaborate with clients to develop social media strategies that align with their goals and objectives. This includes understanding their target audience, conducting research, and creating comprehensive plans to enhance their online presence.
Project Management: You will oversee the execution of social media projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations. This involves coordinating with team members, managing resources, and monitoring project progress.
Client Relationship Management: You will maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for social media-related matters. You will provide regular updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
Content Creation and Curation: You may be involved in content creation and curation for social media platforms. This includes developing engaging and compelling content,scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: You will monitor and analyze social media campaigns, using analytics tools to assess their effectiveness. You will prepare reports that highlight key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to clients.
Stay Updated with Trends: As a social media professional, you will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features. This knowledge will enable you to adapt strategies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
