    Description
    MobiCrew is looking for a dynamic and motivated business development executive who will grow our brand.

    The ideal candidate should be a self starter, creative in getting the job done, and understand the requirements of a new startup.

    Sales and account management experience is needed. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

    ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential partners and customer bases, and build strategies to develop the business with them. This includes travelling within Mumbai for meetings, presentations and discussions whenever needed.
    Develop diverse sales strategies, evaluate their effectiveness regularly, and make changes where needed.
    Develop partnerships with service providers in a similar space to expand the business.
    Stay up-to-date on current sales trends in the industryAnalyze market and establish competitive advantagesTrack metrics to ensure targets are hit

    QualificationsBachelor's degree in any field from a reputed institution2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers welcome to applyExperience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales successStrong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong time-management skillsStrong networking skillsStrong online skillsProficient in Microsoft Office
