    Description

    SWEEYA is seeking experienced Sales Engineersto serve/grow its business and customer base. Candidates havingworked in leading TMI brands like Tektronix Agilent/KeysightScintech Aplab or their authorized distributors arepreferred.
    This position will be based in Bangalore andoffers challenge for motivated individuals who can successfullymanage new and existing business opportunities. This is anopportunity to join a reputed globally well accepted brand of Testand Measurement industry representing more than 300 items rangingfrom Digital Oscilloscopes Spectrum Analyzers Signal Sources PowerSupplies & many more basic test & measuringinstruments.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Enquiry generationfrom new customers / assigned segment and hit assigned/agreedtarget for each fiscal year.
    • Master the basicfeatures and benefits of our major products including Oscilloscopesand other test & measuring instruments indicatedabove.
    • Develop and maintain a sales plan thatfocuses on key accounts and sales stimulus activities includingplanned site visits product shows and mailings telesalesetc..
    • Understand customer organizations bydepartment function strategies and keyprograms.
    • Identify the requirements and sellthe represented TMI products into new and existingapplications/customers.
    • Demonstrate basicoperation of the said TMI products as a presaletool.
    • Effectively utilize sales resourcesincluding applications engineers channel partners/dealers andservice/support representatives including groups sales/supportteams

    Requirements:Qualifications include:
    Bachelors degree inE & C /Instrumentation with 2 to 4 years of successfultechnology field sales experience preferably in Test andMeasurement field OR Diploma in E &C /Instrumentation withhigher experience in the samefield.

    • Sales experience preferably inthe Test and Measurement industry with a proven track record ofsuccessful hightechnology sales.
    • Highlymotivated and success driven having strong knowledge of theelectronics industry especially TMIindustry.
    • Experience with technical salesskills (prospecting qualifying closing and growing existingcustomers).
    • Able to travel throughout salesterritory & should possess strong team work and accountabilityfor customer engagements
    • Strong communicationand presentation skills
    • Excellent timemanagement and organizationalskills.
