    JobDescription
    Ourdata protection company is seeking a Recruiter to acquire newtalent for our rapidly growing departments. We are looking forsomeone who can keep pace with current growth and recruit talentsaccording to our organizations needs. The successful candidate willhave a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting prescreeninginterviews. If you re sharp professional and have goodcommunication skills we would like to speak with you about thisopportunity.
    Responsibilities
    • Developand execute effective talent acquisition strategies for NonITDevelopment in the Enterprise SaaS domain.
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques toidentify and attract toptier NonIT talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understandspecific role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessmentprocesses to ensure the selection of highperformingcandidates.
    • Manage endtoend recruitmentprocesses including job postings interview coordination and offernegotiation.
    • Build and maintain a robustpipeline of potential candidates through networking industry eventsand other channels.
    • Stay updated on industrytrends and competitor practices to enhance recruitmentstrategies.


    Requirements
    • Bacherols/Masterdegree in HR is must
    • Ability to work in afastpaced environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
    • Datadriven approach torecruitment with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuousimprovement.
    • High level of professionalism andconfidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagementskills.

    PreferredQualifications
    • Relevantcertifications in talent acquisition orrecruitment.
    • 01 years as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist/Recruiter role ispreferred..
    • Indepth knowledge of advancedsourcing techniques and tools for NonIT talent acquisition ispreferred.
    • Familiarity with the NonIT hiringrole is preferred.
    • Experience with ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttechnologies.
    • Demonstrated success in buildingdiverse and inclusive salesteams.
