    Role Description

    As an Associate Manager for Marketing Communications you will be responsible for creating and executing the brand's social media strategy and content for different stakeholders as part of driving consideration and awareness for the brand. This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand while driving awareness and adoption across the offline market.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Bank Alliances, Solutions, Product and Engineering teams to break down complex jargon into content that resonates with our audience.
  • Understanding various products and solutions and bringing them to life with simple yet engaging ideas.
  • Planning and executing a social media calendar that attracts followers and drives engagement while monitoring social media metrics and building the brand for creative excellence.
  • Staying one step ahead of everything online and finding innovative ways to bring it alive on our platforms.
  • Story mining across teams and creating content that resonates with different stakeholders (internal and external) across various formats.
  • Drive visibility for Razorpay POS across online and offline channels.
  • Support the Marketing team with awesome short and long form content.

    • Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong creative and communication skills
  • 4-6 years of experience working on content creation especially social media content and engagement
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Dynamic, agile and quick to adapt to changing trends to stay one step ahead of the curve.
  • Highly organized and autonomous but also a great team player, who drives smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
