    What does a successful Technical Manager do at Fiserv?

    In this role candidate will be highly experienced with architecture and solution design for applications, platforms, and systems enterprise wide on global scale. Proven solid experience as managing end to end technical delivery both administrative and technical roles, are best suited for skilled and hard-working individuals who possess superb leadership and interpersonal skills and who are passionate about delivering end-to-end modern technology-driven.

    What you will do?

    • Collaborating with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security.
    • Will analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions.
    • Create and maintain project plans, calendars, and progress reports.
    • Understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and project plans
    • Would be working in automations of on-prem infrastructure, cloud infra, etc.
    • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for delivery upgrades and will provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the delivery
    • Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring.

    What you will need to have?

    • A Bachelors degree with 12+ years of total experience in Technical and Project Management.
    • Experience in Java / Dot Net technologies and in executing Cloud project projects.
    • Experience in handling CICD pipelines and DevOps and cloud deployment in Azure.
    • Should have the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly to address service-related challenges.
    • Should have solid experience in implement, develop, and maintain projects and software frameworks or tools.
    • Should have solid experience in Build, configure, and modify computer hardware and software; integrate systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications.
    • Should have solid experience in Develop, integrate, and maintain web applications and APIs.

    What would be great to have:

    • Good to have experience in IAM.
    • Knowledge or exposure into Cyber Security domain.
