    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with a global team, including IDS business area leaders, architects, project manager, designers and other developer
    • Provide deep leadership and coaching in the project delivery lifecycle. Focus on shared learning, continuous improvement, and drive adoption of best practices
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development
    • Provide mentorship to accelerate the development of solution architecture and technical expertise
    • Knowledge of architectural options and the ability to select based on needs and budget.
    • Understand the business processes being supported by the team
    • Coach and develop team members through performance management, development planning, promotion, and career plans; represent those team members in talent discussions.
    • Resourcing continue the team growth through selection techniques, testing and interviews.
    • Organize your work within an Agile team & Knowledge on Sprint ceremonies (Planning, Estimation, Execution, Reporting & highlight Risks & Impediments)

    Key Skills:

    • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decisionmaking skills
    • Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward
    • Strong selfmanagement and ability to work in ambiguity
    • Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here, like JavaScript, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Pyspark, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server
    • Experience leading development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs, esp. in AWS
    • S3, Lambda, Glue, RDBMS, CloudWatch
    • Strong SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirements elicitation, data analysis.
    • Demonstrates Automation skill set with prior experience.
    • Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including application configuration/development
    • Experience leading highly motivated engineers, with specialized skills and diverse functional elements.
    • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps)
    • Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    • Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team

    Required Experience :

    • Minimum 3 years of management of a team or teams, should be able to lead a team of around 8 to 12 people
    • Minimum 10 years of total experience
    • Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation
    • Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge
    • Lead teams to rationalize, optimize and support applications for maximum speed and scalability with industry best practices.
    • Proven experience leading a team in a regulated industry including but not limited to, understanding regulations, SOPs, computer systems validation, and change control.
    • Preferred to have experience / interest related to Pharma domain
    • Preferred certification in one of fields PMP, PMI, PRINCE II, Safe , CSM, SEI etc
    Knowledge in ITIL, Service Now.
