    Description

    Position: City Head - Sales - Bangalore

    We are hiring for the said role, the individual will be expected to lead sales teams to achieve revenue gains. Offer an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle process and remain focused on customer satisfaction through all stages. Good negotiator and closer. The person with this role will also ensure the organization can drive the teams in the given micro-market and meet the targets.

    1. BASIC ROLE INFORMATION:

    • Function / Department / Vertical: Sales
    • Accountable to (position): Business Head
    • Years of Experience: 8-10 Years
    • Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate
    • Management Level: Manager
    • Total number of employees supervised 25+

    2. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

    • Managing Team Leads and Frontend Sales Teams in a given micro-market area
    • Training and supervising the sales team while planning and implementing sales strategy
    • Achieve high customer satisfaction and revenue gains for the company.
    • Maintain relations with the developers by regularly conducting meetings at our office and visiting their projects
    • Build and increase relationships with institutional channel partners, national distributors, financial capitalists, and channel partners
    • Ensuring that the team is at optimal strength by recruiting team members through their network.
    • Designing and planning the launch of new projects & Planning events with partners for spot closures

    3. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Skills & Experience Essential / Desirable
    • Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills Essential
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Essential
    • A postgraduate degree in management with specialization in Marketing/Finance Essential
    • Possess relevant sales experience within real estate.
    • Experience in a given micro-market for more than 8 years
    • Experience in managing teams
