Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with 7 to 10 years of experience
Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and project management skills
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
Manage all marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
Create and execute marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for growth
Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to maximize impact and achieve targets
Track and report on marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
