We're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for IT and education technology and a proven track record in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead our online marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Tutorac.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and PPC campaigns.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyse data, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Content Creation: Experience in overseeing content creation that resonates with targeted audiences.
Leadership: Lead the digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technology Savvy: Understanding of the latest digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative Thinking: Innovate new marketing tactics to enhance brand presence.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead Tutorac's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase Tutorac's online presence and recruit both tutors and learners.
Manage the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly content for our blog, website, and social media platforms.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources for optimal ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to keep Tutorac at the forefront of digital education marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Social Media platforms to achieve targeted metrics. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyse data, and generate insights. Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the ed-tech or IT sector, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and content management systems.
Exceptional leadership skills to lead digital marketing initiatives.
