- Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, industry trends, and competition.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
- Basic understanding of software development practices.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, , Kafka, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
