Responsibilities:

As a Relationship Manager

youwill:

Develop and execute corporatesales strategies in the Banca Sales Channel within the Dehradunbanking sector.
Cultivate and managerelationships with corporate clients to achieve businesstargets.
Lead mentor and support ahighperforming sales team in driving sales within the Directchannel.
Collaborate with internalstakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding andsatisfaction.
Monitor market trends competitoractivities and industry developments to inform businessstrategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you need:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field salesor life insurance.
Graduation from arecognized university.
Proven success incorporate sales preferably within the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Indepth knowledge of Mumbais banking and financialsector.
