Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading the continuousimprovement initiatives in the organization by driving proactiveimprovement projects across various business functions usingProcess engineering methodologies like Six Sigma Lean ReEngineeringautomation & RPA exposure businesstransformation.

JobAccountabilities:

Lead and create a culture of continuous improvementacross the companys Operations Initaite programs that challengestatus quo and champion change across departments to deliveroutstanding levels of performance and development.
Define and execute a technology lead transformationroadmap define and implement strategic initiatives to ensurecontinued success in deployment of process excellence practices.
Manage and execute multiple improvementprojects throughout the organization driving measurablecostefficiency service level improvements.
Identify and execute automation projects using RPA AI/MLand other technological capabilities needed to design/redesign orimprove process and propose solutions.
Liaising with key stakeholders to analyse and identifykey business drivers and work with the senior Leadership team toprioritise before implementing agreed improvedinitiatives.
Responsible for the managementand development of the continuous improvement teams ensuring thatthey are trained capable and motivated to deliver results. Coachingmentoring and motivating staff at all levels across the business tosupport the development of a Continuous Improvementculture.
Ensure that governance and supportingprocesses are established and suitable to ensure delivery as perthe Organization s needs.

CandidateRequirement:

Preferred to be BE/BTech with MBA
Between 12 15 yrs Years of experience in processexcellence from BPO/ ITES industry using process improvementtechniques (Lean Six Sigma Process automation solution)
Black Belt certification preferred.
Has a strong technical knowledge
Exceptional analytical skills attention to detail andgreat communication skills.
Proven successleading business improvement projects.
ClientExposure
Knowledge of core operationsmanagement concepts such as Six Sigma Transactional Lean TotalQuality Management innovation & problem solving.
