    About the Role:
    Senior Manager / AVP / VP - (ACR)-Alumni and Corporate Relations Shared ServicesLocation : Chennai (WFO)

    Experience :
    yearsThis role is for a senior-level position in shared services focusing on accounting, transaction processing, and customer reporting. The job involves overseeing various operational aspects related to financial transactions, contract management, and customer communications.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Participating in

    annual budget planning

    for donations and disbursements.
    Establishing and maintaining a robust

    contract management process.
    Reviewing and improving agreement templates to ensure

    compliance with policies.
    Managing exceptions and providing guidance to minimize deviations.
    Ensuring the ERP system accurately reflects business processes and is well-documented.
    Reviewing management information templates and addressing issues promptly.
    Managing customer reporting requirements and responding to feedback.
    Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for organizational goals.
    Coordinating with teams on daily operations and project activities.
    Supporting special projects and providing advice to senior management.


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Graduate or post-graduate education, with professional qualifications in accounting or management preferred.
    Strong knowledge of

    accounting, transaction processing, and mutual funds.
    Familiarity with Salesforce and database management.
    Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
    Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
    Experience of 10-15 years in transaction processing or shared services, preferably in leadership roles.
    Background in financial control, compliance, risk management, and project management.
