Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be

responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and

engage with our audience effectively. If you are creative, strategic, and have a passion for design, this is

an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity

and business objectives.

● Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, for various social media platforms

such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

● Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules,

community engagement, and performance tracking.

● Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and strategy for maximum reach and

engagement.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing

campaigns and initiatives.

● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate

our social media efforts.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the design or

lifestyle industry.

● Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media presence.

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.

● Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc is a plus.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

● Creative thinker with a passion for design and aesthetics.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
