    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Link8 Intelisystems Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong research and analytical abilities
    • Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads and prospects through targeted messaging and research
    • Qualify leads and opportunities to determine their potential
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
    • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
