    ROLE MISSION STATEMENT:
    The AD/GAD plays a crucial role within the Client Service team.

    • They offer guidance to clients on brand performance and provide innovative solutions through focus group discussions and ethnography.

    • Crafting reports and presentations, including client recommendations, with the ability to work autonomously
    • Negotiating favorable costs and contract agreements with suppliers
    • Developing discussion guides and screeners, moderating various group activities, interviews, ethnography studies, and online forums
    • Supervising budget and monitoring job cost summaries regularly
    • Overseeing the management of the research team and external suppliers

    CAPABILITIES STATEMENT:

    • This role necessitates a dynamic MBA graduate with significant experience in quantitative consumer insights, particularly within consumer-focused sectors such as FMCG, retail, and healthcare
    • The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with a strong client focus, possessing proven expertise in Market Research or Marketing and Branding (with regular interaction and understanding of Market Research) and a track record of leveraging knowledge for business or client advantage
    • Demonstrated proficiency in team management, investing in their growth, and achieving a balance between tasks and relationships
    • Strong focus on processes and ability to streamline operations for cost and time efficiency
    • Impressive track record of networking skills utilized for personal and organizational benefit
    • Engaging in business expansion and taking charge of successful projects/workstreams, fostering enduring client relationships
    • Possessing strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal aptitudes
    • Understanding and utilizing synergies across different organizational units to enhance client service delivery
    • Openness to embracing, driving, and advocating for change
