    Description

    Role description:


    As a Brand Director with Please See//, your primary responsibility is for the management of relationships with clients, as well as the growth of the team.


    As the senior point of contact for our key clients, you will also need to co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.


    You will need to consistently demonstrate excellent team management skills and operational/business management capabilities in order to drive successful engagements.


    We are looking for someone who is not told what to do, but who thinks differently and sets the direction and tells people what to do.


    But most importantly you must be focused on working with our culture - a culture of not following but leading.

    And a culture of simply loving what you do.


    What you'll do- Take ownership of overall account management, account growth- Leadership of cross-functional teams to develop approaches and targets that meet the business goals of our clients.- Plan and strategize at a senior level- Ensure completion of projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients-Work with the team to develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for teams and clients.- Identify needs that the client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.

    About You


    8+ years of experience in advertising, design or marketingSignificant experience in professional client relationship managementComfortable contributing to the success of a creative team.

    Comfortable making big decisions.

    Possess a strong curiosity, ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomouslyYou're a natural collaborator with experience working as part of a team.

    You have a keen appreciation for good design and creativity, and understand the creative processYou're curious and good at asking questions to solve complex problems.

    You've been hands-on making something you're passionate about.
    You like figuring out how systems and processes can work better.
    Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with working knowledge of excel and presentation development.
    Have a genuine eagerness to work with , mentor, encourage and learn from a diverse and talented team.
