    Role Description:

    • This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Success Manager at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment).
    • As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing customer data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Your daytoday tasks will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and retaining existing customers.
    • This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain successful customer Candidate should possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
    • Experience in customer retention and customer satisfaction.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Experience in the education or recruitment industry is a plus.
    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    Experience is 1-3 years.
