    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at Yes Property. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to hiring and recruiting new talent. This includes conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing training and support to new hires.

    The role will be based in Bengaluru and will require working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders within the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience in training and onboarding new employees
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    PS:
    Relevant work experience with a real estate brokerage in the city in a must for this role.
