    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Deputy General Manager of Sales at a Leading Luxury Furniture Brand located in Hyderabad.

    As a Deputy General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    You will develop and nurture client relationships, identify potential business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications
    Proven experience in a managerial sales role, preferably in the luxury furniture or interior design industry
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    In-depth knowledge of the luxury furniture market and current trends
    Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus
    Fluency in English and local language is required
