    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contact leads via phone calls and emails, and diligently follow up to convert them into customers.
    • Responsible for effective Conversion of walk-in Customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with the interior design team to facilitate smooth project execution.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency of working with CRM systems will be an advantage.
