    Description
    Manager - Finance

    Join Our Team:
    Finance Manager - NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) in New Delhi

    Reporting to: CEO of Prepare timely and accurate financial statements monthly/quarterly/annually.

    • Review and reconcile general ledger for all balance sheets and profit and loss heads.
    • Monitor and improve accounting processes and daytoday activities.
    • Monthly preparation of MIS, Cash Flows, AP/AR.
    • Apply Ind AS, Accounting standards, concepts, conventions, or address technical accounting matters.
    • Provide financial reporting support (technical and processrelated).
    • Enter system entries, ensure periodic reconciliation, and accuracy.
    • Assist stakeholders with financial queries.
    • Calculate capital adequacy, LCR, and handle financial reporting to RBI and Board/Audit Committees.
    • Cooperate with RBI Inspection Team, concurrent auditors, statutorily mandated auditors, etc.
    • Demonstrate indepth technical capabilities and professional knowledge and ability to assimilate new knowledge.
    • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax, etc., for remittance, returns filing, and other requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain recordkeeping meeting auditor and government agency requirements.
    • Document as necessary for timely audit completion.
    • Maintain all audit reports and balance sheets for FY and ensure confidentiality.
    • Perform other duties assigned by management as Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience in accounting and tax operations.
    • Prior experience in a fastpaced organization, fintech preferred.
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
    • Enthusiastic and comfortable with the dynamic nature of a startup environment.
    • Sound judgment, strong communication skills, ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
    • Ability to work well with large volumes of data.
    • This role is based inoffice in New Delhi.
