    Job Title: Business Development Associate

    Location: Gurugram

We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

    Job Summary:

    As a Business Development Associate at Haut Monde Hotels, you will be a key contributor to our sales efforts, focusing on expanding our client base and increasing revenue. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, making sales calls, conducting presentations, and working closely with the sales team to achieve our targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the corporate, travel agency, and individual markets.
    • Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls and presentations to showcase the unique offerings of Haut Monde Hotels.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed sales decisions.
    • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the sales manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
