    Description

    Candidate's Profile:

    • The candidate will be an experienced Sales professional with a proven track record in building and nurturing relationships with national distributors (NDs) and wealth managers across financial assets.
    • The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate strong relationships with NDs and wealth managers to promote and sell fixed income products, primarily bonds, as an asset class to be offered to their investors and clients.

    Training and Development:

    • Onboarding, the candidate will receive comprehensive training and knowledge support in the fixed income segment to enhance their understanding and proficiency in promoting fixed income products.
    • The training will include thorough understanding of fixed income products, their features, benefits, operational process and market dynamics.

    Candidate will be primarily responsible for:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national distributors and wealth managers.
    • Collaborate with NDs/ Wealth managers to devise strategy and influence NDs/ wealth managers sales team towards fixed income products
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the financial industry to identify opportunities and challenges in selling fixed income products to national distributors and wealth managers.
    • Work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and addressing their concerns promptly.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide educational materials to national distributors and wealth managers to enhance their understanding of fixed income products and their benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures while promoting and selling fixed income products to national distributors and wealth MBA/ MMS/ PGDBM/ CA
    • 515 years experience in dealing with Wealth Managers/ National Distributors of any financial assets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
