    Description

    Role: Senior Executive - Brand Marketing & Communications

    Dept: Private Brands

    Responsibilities

    1. Product& Brand Marketing

    • Strategy

    Market Research on new and critical products by mining data from tools while creating insights and USPs. This will include creating compelling product display pages, banners, influencer marketing campaign briefs and ad copies. Benchmarking the same against competitors.

    • Implementation:

    Crafting the communication by writing compelling copies and briefing the designer to bring them to life. Deploying the marketing strategy across platforms, testing and reporting the same. Deployment to happen on platform in the form of Banners, PDPs, A+ content, Videos, CRM and off platform with Influencer marketing and media promotions.

    2. Project & Team Management

    Leading all the marketing projects while managing a team of 4-5 while assigning them projects, guiding them with blueprints and ensuring timely completion.

    3. Driving Influencer marketing campaigns: Responsible for creating the Influencer marketing content Strategy with go live strategy and its implementation while aligning the same with brand marketing strategy, key products and mapping the campaign performance. Analyzing the campaign to improve. Exploring and testing new ways to scale, identifying early trends to experiment, improve performance & drive efficiency.

    4. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Tracking performance for each campaign on a monthly basis. Scripting new content creation with Inhouse influencers.

    5. Brand & Product Design with Packaging content: Designing clutter breaking designs with designers while marrying them with compelling product packaging copy. Creating captivating visuals for the offline world : point of sale, instore branding, kiosks, signage and banner creatives.

    6. Consumer studies and Insights : Lead and drive the team to conduct weekly consumer calls and sessions and find ways to consumer experience with the same.

    Ideal Candidate

    We are Looking for an enthusiastic go getter and results-driven individual who possesses a deep understanding of the beauty industry. He/ She will be the captain for a team of designers & execs and hence needs to know to work within a team while leading the same. Ability to craft creative campaigns & have a sense of design and copywriting is a must. Needs to have a data driven approach for implementation and ability to transform that data into actionable. Having product marketing background will be preferred and also is comfortable in thriving in a startup lookalike environment.
