    Job description

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Associate to join our esteemed Online Post Graduate Diploma in Management part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of education and contribute to the academic success of our students.

    The Teaching Associate will work closely with faculty members to support Live Virtual Session activities and assist with grading assignments.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Supporting Facilitation:

    Supporting in facilitating live virtual sessions by managing technical aspects, monitoring chat discussions, and ensuring smooth transitions between topics.


    Engaging Participants:
    Encouraging active participation from attendees by posing questions, moderating discussions, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

    Collaborating closely with faculty members to coordinate session logistics, prepare materials, and address any unforeseen issues that may arise during the session.


    Ensuring Interaction:
    Promoting interaction among participants through interactive polls, breakout rooms, and other engagement tools to enhance learning and retention.

    Qualifications

    8-10 years of relevant industry experience
    3+ years of teaching experience
    PG degree in the relevant field is required
    Experience in teaching or research in the specified domain
    Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    Open to learning and working with senior faculties
