- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, fostering the adoption of digital education solutions via our proprietary portal – Digital Fundas.
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, understanding their needs and requirements, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for college administrators and faculty, addressing their queries and providing guidance on the implementation of digital education programs.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions with colleges to create awareness and adoption of our portal while enhancing engagement in our initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize digital education solutions based on the specific requirements and constraints of partner colleges.
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our digital education portal to college stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our digital education program in partner colleges, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on college interactions, progress, and outcomes, and share them with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, business development, or relationship management is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Indian education system, particularly in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple college engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively across various states to visit colleges regularly.
