    We are having an opening for Manager IT, SAP VIM-Functional at our Mumbai location.

    Position: Manager IT

    Job Summary:

    The VIM functional is responsible for the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of vendor invoice management and account payables solutions in SAP VIM integrated with ERP (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA). This role involves deep technical expertise in SAP VIM along with an understanding of related business processes to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. Expectations from the candidate will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially procurement, finance, to deliver end-to-end digital vendor invoice and account payables solutions that support company-wide strategic goals.

    Areas Of Responsibility:

    • 3 or more full cycle implementation for the following new installation or version upgrade.
    • Proficient in P2P cycle
    • OpenText VIM for SAP Solutions
    • OpenText ICC/BCC
    • SAP ECC Support or Delivery Experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA
    • Mobile or Portal Interface Installation
    • Configuration of VIM and ICC/BCC - invoice processing, exception handling, approval procedures.
    • Troubleshoot the VIM and ICC/BCC Implementation during all phases from design, build, test, cutover, deploy and post-production support.
    • OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Solutions. Candidate will be working on the implementation and production support in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
    • Primary SPOC for business users, super-users and AMS team members on Open Text-VIM related queries and activities. Primary owner of continuous improvements in VIM based on industry standards and solution releases.
    • The role will be of leading and assisting with the inquiries for issues and enhancements during the implementation and production support.
    • Conduct workshops and taking out-of-the-box to complex business requirements.
    • Good documentation and stakeholder management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, monitoring and execution, managing dependences and critical paths, cutover and post Go-live.
    • Owner of project documentation (Infrastructure, Configuration, Functional Design, etc.)
    • Using the new VIM Workplace and Indexing Screen (Transaction Codes).
    • Performing new level-based approvals.
    • Experience preparing Test scenarios and Test cases (test scrips steps) for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Training on ICC/BCC and VIM functionality.

    Educational Qualification:

    BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

    Specific Certification:

    Vendor Invoice Management in SAP Open Text

    Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage

    Experience:

    Experience in SAP VIM: 6-8 years

    • Simplification of processes related to receiving, validating, managing, routing and monitoring of vendor invoices
    • Facilitation of easy collaboration between stakeholders
    • Understanding and implementation of procure to pay processes
    • Knowledge of pre-configured rules, roles and actions offered by standard SAP VIM
    • Automation of end-to-end processing of receipt to posting of vendor invoices
    • Customizations in VIM
    • Integration with ERP (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
