    Job Description - Manager Key Accounts

    Title: Key Account Manager

    Location: Bengaluru

    Reports to: Business Head

    Requirement:

    Qualifications: B Tech/BE Electronics/IT background/MBA Marketing

    Certifications in IT/Certifications in ITES/CTS

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sales in AV IT Sales

    Communication skills in Written and Spoken English

    Technical Certifications: Cisco, Microsoft etc,

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audio Visual Solutions Sales Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling their cutting-edge audio-visual solutions to businesses and organizations. This role requires a strong understanding of audio-visual technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
    • Generate new leads and opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our audio-visual solutions, including hardware, software, and integration capabilities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate the value of our products.

    Consultative Sales:

    • Engage with clients to understand their audio-visual needs and requirements.
    • Provide tailored solutions and recommendations based on client specifications.

    Sales Presentations:

    • Deliver compelling and informative presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our audio-visual solutions.
    • Address client questions and concerns with confidence and expertise.

    Proposal Development:

    • Prepare detailed proposals outlining the proposed audio-visual solutions, including pricing, specifications, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.

    Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide ongoing support and communication to clients.

    Sales Cycles and Closing:

    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and closed deals.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the audio-visual solutions or technology industry.
    • Strong knowledge of audio-visual technology and solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
