    We are looking for a Human Resources Intern who will will be part of recruitment and operations. The role of HR Intern will range from contacting and interviewing candidates to preparing documentation for our stakeholders and reporting on ongoing business. They will prepare reports, and help in the smooth running of operations.

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing for open positions on LinkedIn
    • Pre-screening of applications on relevant channels
    • Scheduling interviews
    • Managing applicant database
    • Preparing recruitment trackers
    • Assisting in operational tasks
    • Facilitating documentation and internal communication
    • Assisting with office administration

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors/Masters Degree, preferably in HR or a related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong interest in recruitment
    • Strong administrative and document management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Willingness to learn
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
    • Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
