Theprofile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship andleadership skillswhich contribute towardsthe success of the organization.RoleResponsibilities
    1. Own & growthe P&L of a region with endtoend responsibility of salesaccount management operations & supplychain.
    2. Get relevant enterprise customers onboard nurture them and convert them to consistent keyaccounts.
    3. Strategize entry across industrialsegments and enabling technology ledprocurement.
    4. Plan execute and monitor the salesoperations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth inshare of business.
    5. Ensure account stabilizationand further growth
    WorkExperience(a) 15 years of relevantexperience in P&L management/Enterprise sales inB2B/Industrial space.(b) Exposure toconsultative sales to enterprises will bepreferred.Knowledge/Skills(a) Excellent communication &people management skills.(b) Should have leda sizeable team. High level of ownership willingness to set upthings from scratch. Essential(c) Must enjoysales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets coaching andmentoring a sizable teamEssentialEducation B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1institute
