    Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes
  • Monitoring Internal control effectiveness
  • Perform regular compliance testing and assessment and provide recommendations to ensure adherence to company's policy and Indian regulations.
  • Maintaining records for compliance testing, working papers files, self-assessment testing documents and ensuring accuracy of working papers and compliance with internal procedures
  • Drafting compliance report and discussion of the same with stakeholders.
  • Tracking the open action item and validating the same for closure
  • Tracking of Corporate Operating Policies/Guidelines/Procedures -renewal, follows up & maintenance.
  • Managing Business Continuity Program i.e. Risk assessments, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Alternate Site Recovery Plan, BCP Testing etc
  • Assisting in compliance reporting, memos, monthly updates, questionnaires, and concise statistical, analytical reports, presentations to management/region.
  • Follow up with the process owners on the progress corresponding specific and ongoing Key compliance Initiatives
  • Carrying out quarterly, annual assessment and refreshing yearly Privacy Impact Assessments, Fraud Risk Assessments etc. and maintaining all the documentation
  • Creating compliance awareness, advisories, e-mails, and conducting compliance quiz etc. for awareness
  • Working Knowledge for various Compliance & Risk Management tools (Service now, Archer)

    • Qualification Required

  • Chartered Accountant, MBA Graduate in Science/ B-Tech. Experience in Internal audits for 2 - 4 years preferred Proficiency in Computer / Word/ Excel / Power Point Presentation Additional Professional certifications in GRC domain will be good to have

    • Other Attributes required:

  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills Ability to influence without any formal authority Team player with Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work across different cultures and shifts.
