Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Sales Manager - Business Loan, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand, India area. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry
4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in business loans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Sound knowledge of financial products and services
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business loan targets
Identify and prospect potential clients in the Ranchi, Jharkhand area
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements
Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts
Stay updated with industry developments and regulations related to business loans
