    This is a senior-level position for a Bench Sales Recruiting Manager at Indus Group Inc. The role involves managing the bench sales process and ensuring the availability of qualified consultants for client requirements. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in bench sales recruiting.
    • Proven track record of successfully placing consultants with clients.
    • Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
    • Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
    • Experience in mentoring and training bench sales team members.
    • Proficient in using bench sales tools and software.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the bench sales process, including sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified consultants.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs.
    • Ensure the availability of qualified consultants for client requirements and manage the bench effectively.
    • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants.
    • Provide guidance and support to the bench sales team, including training and mentoring.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated with industry developments.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the bench sales process and drive business growth.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultants, clients, and placements.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on bench sales performance and provide insights to the management.
