    Description

    Job Description :
    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions on the Azure platform.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, architect solutions, and implement pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making.

    This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering principles, Azure services, and best practices for data storage, processing, and analytics.

    Responsibilities :

    • Defining the strategy around mapping business processes with regard
    Unlock Data Program and the associated impact on the integrated data landscape of the organization.

    • Coordinate and drive crossfunctional designs to define data integration requirements for the Unlock Data Program
    • Perform data review and mapping activities and build the migration framework for extraction, transformation, validation, enrichment, loading and reconciliation of legacy source data.
    • Managing data migration activities and incorporating the latest data conversion related innovations
    • Analyse and process source data to meet master data and transaction data requirements in the target system.
    • Collaborate with legacy IT and business teams to ensure data is extracted and translated for loading on to the new platform.
    • Data reconciliation and reconciling migrated data.
    • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from data.
    • Collaborate with IT to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and data related initiatives to the executive team.
    • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
    • Indepth knowledge of data storage, transformation, and analysis.
    Structure and analyse complex data sets.


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 12+ years of experience leading migration teams
    • Experience working on large strategic customer accounts as a Migration head/lead.
    • Experience in the delivery of migration projects that utilise a range of development methods and approaches (e.g. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall)
    • Extensive knowledge of Relational Data Models (conceptual, logical and physical data models), Dimensional Data Models, Database design, Data
    • Dictionary and Metadata
    • Extensive technofunctional knowledge of data management, custom systems development, data modelling, conversion and systems integration using various methodologies and frameworks.
    • Strong experience with programming languages like Python and SQL.
    • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and AWS
