Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) to join our team. As a Recruiter (Bulk Hiring), you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring candidates for bulk positions. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the success of our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring/recruitment
Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment process
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of recruitment policies and best practices
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential candidates for bulk hiring positions
Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and fit
Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk positions
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators
